We took the view that the way to prevent it is to be accountable for more of the sequence — the fixture, the port call, the lift and the paperwork — rather than to coordinate other people's accountability.

Ship Chartering
We fix tonnage for industrial, project and bulk cargoes: voyage charters, time charters and contracts of affreightment. We work the market on the client's side, present real alternatives with the economics laid out, and negotiate charter party terms that will hold when the schedule slips — because it will.

Ship Agency
We act as port agent and protecting agent, handling the vessel from pre-arrival to sailing. Clearances, berth coordination, cargo operations, crew matters, bunkers, stores, spares and disbursement accounts — reported honestly and settled cleanly.

Oversized & project cargo.
Heavy, tall, long and awkward.
We organise the movement of cargo that ordinary logistics declines: industrial equipment, structures, modules, vessels, cranes, production lines and machinery.
Engineering before booking
Route surveys, feasibility studies and transport engineering. Lifting plans, lashing and securing arrangements approved before a vessel is fixed.
The right tonnage and equipment
Heavy-lift and multi-purpose vessel chartering; barge, tug and roll-on / roll-off solutions where the cargo or the port requires it.
Quayside and terminal control
Port and terminal coordination, quayside handling, and multimodal delivery to site including inland and last-mile movement.
Permits, escorts and cover
Route approvals, permits and escorts arranged as part of the scope; marine and inland cargo insurance placed under open cover.
